Case Information

A proposed $3,500,000 class action settlement (“the Settlement”) has been reached in a class action lawsuit entitled Bethany Katz, et al. v. Pennsylvania Democratic Party et al., 16-5800 (the “Lawsuit”), filed in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania. The lawsuit was filed by Plaintiff Bethany Katz (“Named Plaintiff”) against Defendant Pennsylvania Democratic Party (“PDP”). Plaintiff and PDP are collectively referred to as the “Parties.”

The Settlement will be paid in annual payments beginning in 2023 and continuing through 2029.
